The College of Arts and Sciences is a large college. It stands to reason that the winner of the CAS event, having overcome so many others, would compete well at the university-level event.
CAS is banking on this year being the year for its winner to also take home the WSU hardware.

- The CAS winner will receive a $1,000 fellowship for fall 2016 and advance to the WSU finals on Tuesday, March 22.
- The runner up will receive a $500 fellowship for fall 2016.
- CAS people’s choice will receive a $500 fellowship for fall 2016.
