Exploring Technology-Supported Mindfulness Strategies for Emerging Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Emerging adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are at an increased risk for experiencing excessive levels of stress. Mindfulness is one strategy that can help reduce stress among emerging adults with IDD. A novel approach to promoting mindfulness in emerging adults with IDD is technology-supported mindfulness strategies.
